The questions of the Long Vacation or a third judge were probably in the mind of the Puisne Judge this morning, In reference to the Lusiness of the Court he said that he was to be engag- ed on an appeal case that would last all next week, and though he hoped it would be finished by Thursday he con- sidered the Summary Court would get nothing out of him.
